Victory Park is one of the newest parks in the capital. Here, the Museum of the Great Patriotic War is located, mass people`s parades often take place. The park has paved alleys: the alleys of military engineers, communications engineers, pilots, tankers, gunners, the alley of peace, war and labor veterans, the alley of young heroes, the alley of just married. Linden trees, maples, oaks, birches, rowan trees, spruces and pines grow on the alleys.
Also, the Victory Park is famous for its flower clock, fountains and a big number of young people roller-skating and skating. In the park, there is an exhibition which is very interesting for the children - a unique collection of military machinery deployed just under the open sky. This collection comprises more than 300 samples of military machinery of all countries involved in the Great Patriotic War. Have a walk across the park with your children, and take a look at the tanks, aircrafts, you can even climb on them.
